San Antonio day of wedding coordinator
Our San Antonio day of wedding coordinator packages are for the hands-on Bride and Groom who will plan their own wedding, but need help on the Big Day.

Let’s face it: the people you can trust are probably attending your wedding. After handling all the details, it’s time to step back and let a professional handle the wedding day activities so you can enjoy your time with friends and family.

We ensure that your wedding goes smoothly by working with you AHEAD of the wedding to ensure the vendors are prepared, and that there are no surprises in your contracts. To do this, we’ll normally spend 4 to 6 hours before the wedding reviewing your contracts, communicating with vendors, and talking with you to ensure everyone is on the same page for the big day.

Our “Day of wedding” help really happens over the last 2-3 weeks before your wedding. Our pricing is based on the type of help you need, the location/logistics of your ceremony and the size of your wedding. While we focus on San Antonio weddings, we can help you manage the “day of wedding” activities anywhere in the world.
